Itara’s $14.99 unlock is a one-time digital purchase for the selected trip. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Requesting help or a refund
Contact Itara Support with your trip ID and the email used at checkout. Do not send card details. We review duplicate charges, technical access failures, and material service issues individually.
Access after a refund
A Stripe-confirmed full refund revokes full-trip access. A partial refund preserves access while support reviews the purchase. Refund timing depends on Stripe, your bank, and the original payment method.
Travel purchases
Itara does not sell flights, lodging, restaurant reservations, or activities. Refunds for third-party travel purchases must be requested from the provider that charged you.
